Most factories cut adult patterns down to size. We built something different: a complete pattern database covering every stage from 0 to 36 months—and the bodies that don't fit the standard chart.
Standard Fits, Precisely Mapped
Our core pattern collection spans three developmental stages.
For newborns aged 0 to 3 months, we engineer kimono-style onesies, footed sleepers, and swaddle gowns. These feature diagonal wrap closures that protect the healing umbilical area, extra room in the seat for cloth diapers, and fold-over mitt cuffs to prevent face scratching.
For infants aged 3 to 12 months, our bodysuits, rompers, and sleep sacks include envelope necklines that stretch wide for easy over-head dressing, plus crotch gussets that allow full crawling mobility without fabric strain.
For toddlers aged 6 to 36 months, we offer two-piece sets, overalls, and sunsuits with adjustable waistbands that accommodate growth spurts, plus reinforced knee patches for early walkers who spend half their day on the floor.
Every pattern is graded in 1-centimeter increments across chest, waist, and rise. This is tighter than the industry standard 2-centimeter step. The result is fewer returns, a better fit, and happier babies.
Beyond the Growth Chart
Standard sizing leaves too many babies behind. Our database includes corrected patterns for non-standard body types.
We maintain preemie adjustments with proportional scaling for babies under 2.5 kilograms. These feature modified armhole depth and shorter rise measurements to prevent fabric bunching on tiny frames.
We offer chubby fit options with expanded thigh circumference and relaxed waistband tension for babies above the 90th weight percentile.
We also provide long torso and short leg variants, a common proportion in certain genetic profiles that off-the-rack brands rarely accommodate.
Engineered for Movement
Babies do not hold still. Our patterns account for biomechanics, not just flat measurements.
Our crawling stance adjustment shortens the front rise and lengthens the back rise to prevent waistband drop during quadruped movement.
Our diaper bulk compensation adds extra depth in the seat and crotch for both disposable and cloth diaper profiles.
Our shoulder mobility engineering shifts the armhole position forward, allowing overhead reaching without sleeve pull or restriction.
From Data to Garment
Every pattern exists as a digital master with full grading rules. When you place an order, we do not draft from scratch. We select, adjust, and sample from a proven foundation. This means a 3-day sample turnaround for standard styles, consistent fit across colorways and seasons, and lower development cost because you are not paying us to reinvent the wheel.
Fifteen years. One focus. Thousands of patterns. Every baby deserves clothes that actually fit.
