1. Incoming Raw Material Inspection

• Fabric testing for every batch: formaldehyde content, pH level, color fastness, odor, and detectable carcinogenic aromatic amines.

• Full inspection of accessories:

  • Button pull force test ≥ 70N

  • Rounded treatment on zipper heads to eliminate sharp edges

2. In-Process Production Patrol

• First-article approval system: Each process requires QC sign-off on the first article before mass production can begin.

• Patrol frequency: Once every 2 hours; 100% full inspection for critical processes.

• Needle control management: Finished products must pass through a needle detector to prevent broken needle residues.

3. Finished Product Outgoing Inspection

• AQL 2.5 international sampling standard

• Dimensional tolerance:

  • Chest/waist: ±1 cm

  • Garment length: ±1.5 cm

• Packaging specifications: Individual PE bag + eco-friendly cardboard. Customized brand packaging available.
