  2. Final Inspection: Every single garment is inspected by hand. Our checklist includes:

    • Seam Integrity: Are there any open seams or loose threads?

    • Color Fastness: Does the color look consistent?

    • Stain Check: Is the fabric clean and pristine?

  3. Needle Detection: We use industrial metal detectors to scan finished garments. This ensures that no broken needle fragments are accidentally left in the product—a critical step for baby safety.


Step 7: Ironing & Packaging: The Final Touch

Once a garment passes inspection, it is prepared for its journey to you.

  • Steam Ironing: Each item is carefully steamed to remove wrinkles and give it a fresh, crisp look. Steam is preferred over dry heat as it is gentler on the natural fibers.

  • Folding: Garments are folded by hand according to our specific guidelines to ensure they fit perfectly in our packaging.

  • Packaging: We use eco-friendly packaging materials. The clothes are sealed to protect them from dust and moisture during transit before being boxed and labeled.


Step 8: Shipping: Off to Little Ones Around the World
